Notable: Recently completed her third season playing for Calgary-based Foothills FC - Canada's only entry in the United Women's Soccer Leagues ... In that pro loop, she led Calgary to the championship final in 2019 and was named an honourable mention in the Western Conference all-star awards ... In 2017, she was named UWS Western Conference goalkeeper of the year and a second team all-star ... One of just two Canada West players on Team Canada for the 2018 World University Futsal Championship in Kazakhstan ... That marked the second time Burns represented her country at that event, also suiting up for the 2016 tournament in Brazil ...
